ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! If I could give more than five stars, I would. I brought my Chrysler PT Cruiser in on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. The passenger door of my vehicle could not open, due to an accident. Brad (the owner) stopped what he was working on to immediately help me. He first quoted me a time of 30 minutes however, it only took him 5 minutes!!!!! I walked in the office with wallet in hand, expecting to pay. However, he told me that there was no charge because it only took up 5 minutes of his time. I could not believe it, I know for a fact that other mechanics would have charged me. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that is need of auto body work. Brad is AMAZING!

Orlando Auto Body is fantastic! Took my car there and was blown away by the service. As a personal injury attorney, I know how the insurance companies cozy up to certain Auto Body shops which results in the cheapest route to repair as possible. Turns out that would've occurred had I not taken my car to Orlando Auto Body. My bumper was originally set for repair and his team removed it and determined it needed a total replacement. They coordinated with the insurance company and everything was covered. By the way, when I went to pick up the car, a scratch on the wheel that I told prior shop not to include in the bid was repaired at no cost. It may seem minor but it wasn't because they sent it out to an outside vendor who refinished the wheel. Top notch experience at Orlando Auto Body!

Very friendly ownership and they seem to really care about the quality of their work, which is rare nowadays. They handled everything directly with the insurance company and it was a very smooth process. My vehicle was returned to me in great shape and you would have no idea that it was in an accident. I had my car taken here because of their good reputation and I was not disappointed.

"Wow! I can't say enough about how fantastic their work AND service is. I had to get some major body work done on my car due to an accident and decided on Orlando auto Body based on reviews. You would never know my car was in an accident. Absolutely superb work! I am incredibly picky and surely the most pain-in-the-behind customer a body shop could possibly have - Sorry guys!

There was a very very minor flaw in the work (in a place that couldn't even be seen) and I took it back to see if they could touch it up. They did it with a smile!

I felt like my car was the most important car they had. Not because it was fancy or important, but because they made me feel they understood how important it was to ME.

I will never use another body shop. Don't take your car anywhere else!

This is a quality oriented body shop. They repaired some minor damage on my Prius and it looks like brand new again. If I could afford a Rolls, I would trust these gentlemen to work on it without hesitation !

Wonderful company and people to work with. They negotiated with the insurance company to get our car repairs fully covered. They did such a fantastic job repairing the car, too. Though I hope to not have to get a car repaired again, I know exactly where I'll go should I need to. They treat you like family and make sure you get the coverage you deserve from the insurance company. Fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend!
